RETURN POLICY

Please select your items carefully before purchasing. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

High Street Gallery Fremantle complies with Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and state fair trading legislation.

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

If an exchange, repair or refund is required under Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and state fair trading legislation Contact info@highstreetgallery.com.au within 7 days of receipt – and prior to returning your item. We will then give you advice on how best to return the Goods.

Postage/shipping/courier/insurance/handling costs are not refundable.

We are not responsible for any Goods lost or damaged in transit when returned.

Refunds are issued at our discretion once we have received and inspected your returned items.
